How long does it take to process an order?
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Covid-19 Shipping Updates
Please note that our products are all "Made In Thailand" and certain products purchased in these unprecedented times may be delayed due to business interruptions due to local regulations regarding the Coronavirus situation. We are doing our best to estimate any potential delays in shipments on our product pages. We appreciate your patience and understanding at such trying times as we work to become agile and adaptable to this changing situation, and focus on building effective response strategies and plans.
Order Processing
The following are estimated processing and delivery times. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
Order processing takes place during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. please allow 1-2 days for processing. Orders received after 2:00 PM will be begin being processed the following next business day.
Customizations and Custom orders take 4-8 weeks to create and deliver because they are made-to-order.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout page.
Local Delivery inside Thailand
Delivery will be made by our Delivery Partners like EMS Thailand Postal Services, Easy Parcels, JnT Express.
International Shipping and Delivery
Please note that our products are delivered from different fulfillment stores in Asia.
You may purchase or choose the fulfillment stores location either from Bangkok, Thailand or Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Malaysian customer may select either direct fulfillment from Bangkok Store or from Kuala Lumpur Store due to International Borders are still closed and Restricted Importation of Goods into Country of Malaysia.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT | SST | GST), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. ADV PRO MODIFY SHOP is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
We ship both domestically inside Thailand and to a select number of international destinations.
Shipping times depend on your location in the Asia-Pacific, European and Americas regions.
Custom orders take 4-12 weeks to create and deliver because they are made-to-order.
If a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, ADV PRO MODIFY SHOP is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.
Customs Duties and VAT or SST or GST
You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT or SST or GST) imposed by your country of residence or the country in which the package is shipped and received.
ADV PRO MODIFY SHOP is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of ADV PRO MODIFY SHOP to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.
For example, Malaysian residents might expect a Customs charge of at least 25% and SST of 10% of the total cost of the purchase. ADV PRO MODIFY SHOP is not responsible for this payment. Your package may arrive at your local post office or delivery center and be held until pickup and payment is taken care of.
If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge for original shipping.
If it is a custom piece and it is returned to us, you should contact us immediately to arrange reshipping as custom orders are final sale and we cannot refund you for the purchase.
Should ADV PRO MODIFY SHOP mistakenly be invoiced directly for any duties or fees from the shipping company after delivery, we will email an invoice for the balance due. This will need to paid immediately.
As with domestic shipping, if a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, ADV PRO MODIFY SHOP is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.
How do I check the status of my Order and Tracking?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
